I know we've gone over essential oils quite a bit on the blog. That's because they're so beneficial and have so many different uses! But we've only gone over the actual benefits of essential oils and their effect on your chakras and in diffusers, not their affects on your body itself. Today, we're going to focus on combining essential oils for detoxing and cleansing your body, especially extracts. So let's get started! **NOTE: All the referral links in this article are to Arbonne's Detox series. I'm not making a commission off of any of these products; these are just my personal suggestions based off of their use of organic, natural ingredients and oils. All the benefits listed in this article are from personal research, not a professional, medical opinion. Please consultant your doctor or physician before using any products that may cause you health problems, especially if you have pre-existing conditions.** Turmeric Root
Sunflower Oil
Orange Peel oil
Grapefruit seed oil
Lavender
Rosemary
Ginger root oil
Dandelion extract
Coriander seed oil
Avocado Oil
Safflower seed oil
Alfalfa extract
Chicory root extract
All of these oils, plus bergamot, plankton, and others varieties, can be found in the new Detox series by Arbonne. They have everything from bath soaks to lotion to facial masks. The best part? They put all of their ingredients up on the website for you to view with a directory. Zoe Brown, the wonderful lady who first told me about Arbonne, was just as excited about how natural and refreshing the product is as I am! I originally heard about Arbonne from my old boss' girlfriend. If you ever want to check out Zoe and her products from Arbonne, you can find her here.
